Payment Types

We offer a number of payment methods including all major credit cards, debit cards, e-checks, cashier's checks, personal checks and money orders. We try to be as flexible as possible in allowing our customers various payment methods. The vast majority of our customers pay by credit or debit card.

Some customers choose to use more than one credit card to make their purchase. However, if you would like to use multiple credit cards to complete your purchase, you must contact us toll-free at 1-800-452-3719. We will collect the information for the cards being used and process the transaction from our end. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions about how best to pay for your diamond product.

If you would like to pay by regular check, contact us for more information on how to complete the transaction. All checks must clear our bank prior to shipment of product.

The financial security of all transactions conducted by our company is of the highest importance to us. Because of the high incidence of fraud involving certain types of financial instruments in today's society, we verify the identity of certain customers after the completion of a transaction. This is usually done for transactions where a shipping address differs from a billing address, but can apply to other transactions that may be considered to be of a potentially high risk nature.

Once a transaction has been completed, we may contact the buyer immediately to ask a series of questions that are unique to the specific individual listed as the owner of the financial instrument used to make the purchase. In addition to the name and address that we will have available to us from the transaction, we will request either a date of birth or the last four digits of the social security number when we call. This will allow us to access the specific individualized questions. If the customer answers the questions correctly, we will finalize the transaction and process the order. If not, we will have to assume that we are speaking with someone other than the owner of the account used to pay for the product and we will reverse the transaction. Please keep in mind that this process is undertaken to protect each and every customer of Cloud Nine Diamonds. IMPORTANT: If your shipping and billing addresses are different and you are concerned about privacy, please provide a telephone number during the checkout process that will ensure that we will not contact someone other than you.
