15-Day Return Policy!
We offer a 15 day return policy that provides plenty of time to evaluate your purchase. We want to be sure you make the right decision. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will allow you to return your ring in its original condition along with the associated certificate. The item must be shipped back to us within 15 days from the date of its original shipment to you.
How to Return A Purchase
If you decide that you would like to exchange or return your purchase, you must call us at 1-800-452-3719 to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. This code will be written on the bottom of a copy of your invoice and on any side of the box you are returning. At the time of your call, we will provide you with the exact return mailing address.
The ring must be in its original condition. This means that it should not be sized (unless Cloud Nine Diamonds sized it for you prior to shipment). And the diamond and mounting cannot show wear, engraving or alteration. The original certificate that was shipped with your purchase must accompany your return. If the diamond shows wear, is altered or engraved, it cannot be returned. Also, if the original certificate is not returned, you will be liable for a $200 replacement cost.
Ship your purchase back via U.S. Postal Service registered mail only. It must be insured for the value of the contents. Avoid shipping the purchase back via UPS, FedEx or DHL since those carriers do not insure merchandise for more than $500. Request a return receipt from the post office for confirmation that your return reaches us.
