Cloud Nine Diamonds is pleased to offer free shipping to any location within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. All orders are shipped FedEx 2 day delivery free of charge. If you need your order expedited, we can ship using overnight delivery. Please call us toll-free at 1-800-452-3719 if expedited shipping is required.

All items are generally shipped within 3 days of purchase. However, if you request a custom or specialized setting for a ring or earrings, your order may take slightly longer to ship. We will always provide an estimate of shipping date for custom orders. All orders must be signed for at the time of delivery.

Cloud Nine Diamonds constantly strives to provide outstanding service and we understand that our customers are anxious to receive their order as soon as possible.

If you specify a shipping address that differs from the credit card billing address you provide, we will contact you by telephone to verify information.

We do not ship product outside of United States borders.
